This Pollution Reporting form will be sent to the Mojave River Watershed Group for review. Upon receipt, the incident will be reported to the City of Hesperia, the City of Victorville or the Town of Apple Valley for appropriate handling. We appreciate your efforts to help us keep the High Desert and the Mojave River pollution-free. If additional information is necessary, we will update you once we investigate the incident. All information received remains confidential and will not be released.
