Hello and welcome to the Mojave River Watershed Group! We are an organization committed to protecting the Mojave River, its watershed, plants and wildlife, and the quality of our regularly used High Desert water against stormwater pollution.

As water flows from a heavy rain event, washing your car, or even turning on your sprinklers, it all goes to the Mojave River, collecting everything in its path including litter, pesticides, motor oil and more. But the High Desert is unique. We pull water from the river to use in our homes – making it even more important to prevent pollution in the first place.
