Cleanups
Children are our future, the ones who will take care of our desert for generations to come. So let's start by teaching them how to pick up trash! The Mojave River Watershed Group partners with schools for scheduled clean up days where kids take charge and pick up trash in designated areas on campus. We provide the gloves and trash bags!
Clean up opportunities don’t end at the campus gates. Local kids can take part in our city-wide clean up projects too. These community events are great opportunities for the whole family to get in on the action and set an example by helping to clear trash and debris from our beautiful desert landscape.
